NEW telephones with big buttons, aimed at helping the aged and people with visual impairments, are now available in the Hunter and the Central Coast.

Telstra Country Wide's area general manager for the two areas, Phil Lammert, said the phones, which have buttons double the size of standard models, are available in traditional or cordless versions.
